Theology BOOK DISCUSSION
We meet every Thursday from 9am-10:30am to talk about what our faith has to say about the history of racism, about oppression, and the culture in our church.
Community Meals
On Wednesdays from 12:00pm-1:00pm, we offer a to-go lunch to anyone who needs it.
On Thursdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm, we host a community meal served family style that is also available for carry-out.
Doors open earlier during harsher weather conditions!
Hygiene Product Pantry
Every 2nd Thursday, alongside our weekly community dinner, we over free hygiene products to help our neighbors’ family budget.
We are always in need of donations - ask about our item(s) of the month!
Block Party
During the summer, we block off 7th street to host a cookout/picnic meal with door prizes and other community vendors. We do this in partnership with Wesley United Methodist, our neighbor within a foot!
Poetry Contest
We host an annual poetry contest – submissions are accepted in the winter and this culminates into a fun event at Speak of the Devil. The arts are an equally important part of outreach and community vitality!
Retreats
Throughout the year we offer moments to learn, grow, and pray together. Some are held at the church and others offsite.
Free Little Library
We have a little free library on Reid Ave that is regularly stocked and visited by patrons….because BOOKS!
Bellwether Farm
Bellwether is our Diocesan Camp & Retreat Center in Wakeman Ohio where we hold events, summer camp, and more!
